Should I see a doctor, sleeplessness, depression?!

Question: Should I see a doctor, sleeplessness, depression!?
So, I've been going through a lot of stress lately!. I've hardly been sleeping!. Sometimes I stay up for days at a time without even getting tired, and then when I finally do go to sleep I don't wake up for 12 or 13 hours!. And it all starts over again!. Also, I've been very depressed over the situations in my life!. (i!.e!. repossessed car, the loss of my dog, and I'm on the brink of losing my job!.) Does anyone have any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Definitely time to seek medical assistance!. Insomnia won't help your depression and depression won't help your insomnia, they feed off of each other viciously!.
Speak to your GP, be totally honest and follow his or her recommendations!. Please be totally honest with him/her, don't play down how you are feeling to sound more "sane"!.

First find a way to relieve the stress, don't worry about things that you have no contol over!. If your going to worry, worry about the things that you can do something about!. 2nd, start looking for another job just in case you do lose your job and who knows you might find a better job than the one you already have!. Remember, things happen for a reason!. Most of the time it makes you stronger!. LIFE IS GOOD! Take it one day at a time and try not to stress!. Go to the gym or the park, go out with friends and leave all your troubles at home!. You must find something that you can do that helps relieve the stress in your life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should really talk to someone!. Not to further discourage you however, counselors are very expensive and if your insurance does not cover it, you may be further burdened!. Go see your regular doctor first and see what he/she has to say!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
