I'm having problems sleeping?!

Question: I'm having problems sleeping!?
Generally I have little trouble getting to sleep when I go to bed (takes no longer than 1/2 an hour really)- it's more that I wake up sometimes in the night - for example last night I was awake at around 4 and couldn't get back to sleep until at least sometime after half past 5!. I had to be up for 7 -_-
I can remember a lot of my dreams - none of them are nightmares so to speak, and I'm not really that stressed about things!.!.!.
The only drinks I consume usually are water/apple juice/milkshake throughout the day and I don't eat a lot of junk!.
I get a fairly decent amount of excerise!.
So!.!.!.I don't really know the cause of this, it's been on and off for the past few weeks + I'm usually quite tired at school, it's annoying!.
The medication I'm on says theres a very low risk of insomnia as a side effect!.!.!.but I've been on it for about a year, surely this can't be the cause if its only been happening the past few weeks!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok: I have this problem and I know what you need to do!.
Your problem is probably anxiety whether you know it or not!.

Try relaxing before bed!. Do some simple yoga moves and also try to breathe properly!. (in through your nose; out through your mouth!.)
Also, try not to put things off for school!. (example: instead of not starting that chem project because its due wednesday, start planning over the weekend!.) This will help you sleep more as your brain won't be so anxious!.

Also, what I did was talk to my doctor!. She gave me great tips to help me sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try drinking a glass of warm milk with honey right before bed!. This is sure to help:)Www@Answer-Health@Com
