That is alot!. There is an IV and oral medication that is used to bind and eliminate it from the blood but im not sure if they have it in your location!. Its call N-acetylcysteine (acetadote given intravenously) or acetylcysteine (mycomyst) given orally!.
If they caught it early, they could pump the stomach before it is absorbed or give a medication that will bind to it in the stomach that will cause the person to vomit!. This usually has to happen within the 1st hour of ingestion!.
