Penicillin question?!
Question: Penicillin question!?
I just started taking penicillin 500 on thursday after a wisdom tooth extraction!.
I didn't feel anything weird until 2 days after I started taking it!. On Saturday I woke up feeling dizzy, the dizziness actually only lasted a few seconds, but I didn't feel like myself the whole day!. I haven't had any rashes or anything like that!. Just last night I feel like my throat is a little swollen, like a funny feeling when I swallow!. It's nothing severe but I feel my throat is a little weird, I'm also having a headache that started today, in the afternoon!. My dentist said I shouldn't stop taking them, since he thinks these symptoms are not allergic reactions to penicillin!.

personally, no, i have not!. however, you should get an allergen test completed in order to verify if you are allergic to penicillin!. Thousands of people are allergic to penicillin and is very common!. your symptoms seem a little mild, so you should get this checked out as soon as you can!. hope i helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
