Question: Woah I need help! fast!!?
ive left my contact lenses in for some time!. and i need to take them out, but there like dried to my eye! I cant get them out!. I tried putting drops in but that didnt work!. Help please!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would recommend an irrigation and eye wash out with some sterile water,do this a few times before attempting to remove them!.The eye needs to be well lubricated or you risk scratching the cornea!.
1!. Get a large bowl or a small eye-sized cup!. The large bowl must be big so your entire face can go in and the cup should fit snugly around your eye socket!.
2!. Fill the cup or bowl with water!. Luke-warm water is best, you don't want to shock your eye with cold water or burn it with scalding water!.
3!. The bowl should not be filled completely, put it on a towel so you don't make a mess!. The eye-cup technique works well with a full cup!.
4!. Dunk your head in the bowl of water, most people find closing your eyes to work best!. If using the eye-cup, tilt your head down, position the cup snugly against your eye, and then tilt your head back so your eye (and the cup) are facing upwards!.
5!. Blink several times and look around in a circular pattern to help get the water in your eye!.

use a clean bottle cap fill with warm water use like a eye bath but your eyes open with the water in your eyes for a few Minuit's they should come out if not pop in to your local Optician im sure they will help you good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
