Could this be gall-stones?!

Question: Could this be gall-stones!?
Lately since Friday afternoon I have been having intense and almost crippling pain in my upper abdomen!. I also feel very nausous and often times have an acid type of throw-up come into my mouth!. It seems like when the throw-up enters my mouth I feel a bit better!. I also have been having quite a bit of back-pain, pretty much my whole back, it hurts the worst in the lower/middle region!. My abdomen area also hurts terribly after I eat, really it's anything that I eat!.

I'm just wondering if what I'm experincing could be gall-stones!? Recently I've been having quite a few major bladder/kidney problems, but all tests for those have come back negative!. (I just threw that out there in case anyone mentioned a bladder/kidney problem)!.

I am going to have an ultrasound done tomorrow!. If there are gall-stones they should show up on the ultrasound right!? I'm just wondering about gall-stones because I've been having so many problems and I just hope if it is something to do with my gall-bladder it can be fixed!.

Additional Information:
*I am female
*I am 15 years old
*Like mentioned earlier the pain is in my upper abdomen, and at times is often quite severe(It usually makes me cry and so far hasn't woken me up at night)
*The pain comes and goes!.
*The pain always comes about an hour to an hour and a half after I eat, whether it be simply a little bit of chocolate or potato soup!.
*There is no chance of pregnancy!.

I hope i gave enough info!. I also hope I can get some opinions/stories!.

Thank You!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
