Answers:
For a bone scan they inject you with an isotope that can be absorbed by your bones!. This will then get absorbed in greater quantities where your bones are in the process of healing, where there is a tumor, or where there is an infection, which will then show up as a hot spot on the follow up scan later!.

What will happen is that you will go in the morning to get a shot, then come back in the afternoon to actually get the scan done!. The process is completely painless aside from the shot, and the radiation you will be exposed to will be minimal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well if it is impossible they will have to open your hand!Www@Answer-Health@Com
