Red blotchy chest and neck when nervous?!
Question: Red blotchy chest and neck when nervous!?
whenever i get nervous, or embarrassed, or sometimes just for little reasons, my chest and neck gets these red blotches on it!. and my face turns beat red!. i can feel myself getting hotter from the chest up!.
and its so noticable and embarrassing!.
i've heard beta blockers can be used, but i can't get that right now!.
does anyone else know what this is!?
and has anyone tried using benadryl with success if you have the same problem!?
please help if you can, it makes me so frustrated sometimes, almost to the point of tears!.

I have the EXACT same thing!. Like u said, it happens when nervous or embarrassed and I also itch along with it!. It kind of feels prickly and itchy!. I am also 15, just like you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
