Question: Ideas to wake up more energised in the mornings!?
I seem to have trouble getting up in the mornings and it seems to take me a couple of hours and a good few cups of tea until I resemble anything like a human! Does anyone have any ideas on how to wake up more energised!?
I go to bed at 10pm, I have a good quality matress, my alarm and my light start at 6am, so i'm getting enough sleep!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Does your light brighten gently over time - mimicking the sun rise!?
This should start before the alarm is set so the light is at it's brightest before the alarm goes off!.
Caffeine suppresses Melatonin for up to 10 hours!. It also promotes the supply of Adrenaline!. This is the opposite of what we need to get a good night's sleep!. Limit coffee, tea and cola's to the first few hours of the day and switch to caffeine-free or herbal teas after about lunch time!.
Make sure your bedroom is cool and well-ventilated and the central heating is switched off in the room you are sleeping in - as this on it's own can cause you to wake feeling full headed and generally rubbish!. - a cool room and a comfy, snuggly quilt are the best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know 10pm may seem early, but is it too late for you!? Eight hours may not suit you!.
Also, you may not be sleeping deeply; is it noisy at night; neighbours have tv loud or something like that!?

well i hate getting up in the mornings to but!.!.!.!.
if i go Straight into the shower when i get up and have a really hot shower it always helps wake me up
