Answers:
A private hospital is a hospital owned by a for-profit company or a non-profit organisation and privately funded through payment for medical services by patients themselves, by insurers, or by foreign embassies!. This practice is very common in the United States and Australia!. In the United Kingdom, private hospitals are distinguished from the far more prevalent National Health Service institutions!. The Spire and Nuffield Hospital groups are two leading operators of private hospitals in the UK with locations around the country!.

by the people who use it!.
either by them paying directly, or
by medical insurance or
by the NHS (or social services) who have to refer the person to that hospital for treatment!.

Seeing as it is for school work, you maybe should speak to the payers and providers of private hospital care and ask them to help you!. try the headquarters of BUPA (medical care providers), Norwich Union (insurance company) or Cambian Healthcare (private psychiatric hospitals)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just as any other business is funded!. By it's customers!. Paying patients are consumers like any other!. Don't be blinded by the hospital tag!. Think of opticians etc!. They are paid privately!. You're looking too hard!. Think BUPA etc, and cosmetic surgeons, and there you go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
