Well "apparently" pot is not physically addictive like cigarettes (nicotine) but it can still be very hard to quit due to psychological reasons!.
Pot has a "feel good" element about it and you have grown to like that!.
You could try to ween yourself off it!. I don't know how often or how much you smoke but set your self a goal for the next two weeks to cut the amount you smoke by one quarter!.
Then the next two weeks you cut back further again and then again the next two weeks etc etc!.
You should try to substitute a healthy activity instead of smoking too!. Perhaps go for a half hour walk instead of having a smoke!.
Giving up something your body/mind has grown used to is always difficult but if you set yourself clear achievable goals and stick to them you will do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you mix pot in with tobacco, you also have nicotine addiction to deal with, and should follow the usual guidance for kicking that habit!.
Start getting up earlier in the mornings and dedicate sometime to exercise!. Gradually increase the exercise as you decrease your self medication, the 'high' you get from becoming fitter should counterbalance the low you get from quitting pot!.
Remember, the low you get will be pyschological!. Exercise will counter this, as the body releases it's own 'happy' chemicals when you exercise!.
I used the XBX program to recover after a long period of inactivity!. It's simple, cheap and works!.
If you can find a non-smoker friend to support you, then all the better!.
If you still find it difficult, you can experiment with wild lettuce, which is legal in most countries and acts as a mild sedative!. Do not mix it with pot, use it instead, in decreasing dosages!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
