I would not take more than 400 mg every 4 hours because of your weight!.
I would start with just one 200 mg tablet and wait as long as possible before taking another (at least 4 hours)!. Use your best judgment!. Pay attention to how you feel and your pain tolerance!.

i would get off the painkillers right now, find out the true effects of the drug would be the best place to start and then seriously just stop!.!.!.even if you dont stop, all you are really doing is dying slowly, painkillers dull your ability to perceive, check out the website:

i took 800mg, because my mother advised me to do so!.
WORST MISTAKE EVER!. i think because of my size, i practically overdosed!.
