What is a normal heart rate?!

Question: What is a normal heart rate!?
Ok, I know this is strange, but my heart seems to be kinda fast!. Like, sometimes I'm in class just sitting there, not nervous or anything and I can feel my heart beating faster!. I get this kinda weird feeling!. I dunno!.

I don't know if this is a bad thing or not, so if you have an educated answer that'd be nice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think the normal rate of your pulse is 80-90, however if you are not nerves you should see a doctor and check with the cardiologist!. I could be irregular heart beat!. I have a friend who have that and I told her eat some potassion (banana) it could also be your blood pressure, but since I'm not a doctor, I can't tell you!. You can also call The American Heart Association, I worked there and they may give a better information!. I hope you get better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

60 to 70 while you are resting or sitting is good!. If you are exercising or walking, running, eating, playing ball, it might go up to 100 which is OK when getting exercise!. You can always test it by checking your pulse at your wrist for a minute, time it on a clock with a second hand, anytime, anywhere, its easy after you do it a few times!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
