Question: Can exercising before bed be a cause of insomnia!?
I've been having trouble sleeping the past few nights, I have also been exercising!. I usually do like 200 crunches, but I didn't really attribute it to my insomnia!.!.!. could this be the reason!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it can, your best bet is exercise before breakfast in the morning!.
I run and believe me it is not nice to run with breakfast!. :)
