Question: HELP I WANNA GET A SEXY STOMACH!?
well i dont know how but i have this thing in my stomach where!.!.!.!.like if you bend over, see that fold in your stomach!? i have one permenantly like that!.
its in my lower stomach but im not really fat!. at all!. sure i dont have the flattest stomach but im average!.
and also in my upper stomach, there is another fold!. i know how i got that!. my first bra dug into my skin and the fold got deeper and deeper!.
i wanna get a sexy stomach and get rid of those ugly lines!. help!?

I am 6' and about 110 lbs!. I have a 6 pack!. I get these from slouching for too long!. So the only cure I know it siting & standing up straight!.
As far as how to lose weight, lots of people like crunches!. i just do yoga and dance here & there!.

just do ab workouts and eat healthy!.
you dont necessarily have to get a 6 pack though, you can if you want to!
some body types are just built the way they are and you can only change so much!.
ab workouts take a lot of time and its hard so you have to have a strong mindset to stick with the plan!.

even though you appear thin you can still have a high level of fat!. anyways all you can do is core workouts (sit ups, crunches, etc!.)!. you cant expect to be lazy and get something now do you!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
Hmmm!. that sounds pretty normal for a human stomach!. You could do a couple dozen sit ups and crunches every day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
