Do you wake up a lot!? Do you have a hard time falling asleep!? Here are some suggestions that I would have:
1!. No caffeine for 2-3 hours before bed (soda, coffee, tea);
2!. Spend 30-60 minutes unwinding doing something rather mindless such as watching a mellow show or reading a book;
3!. Keep it dark;
4!. Keep it cool - turn the AC up/heat down, even a quiet fan may help;
5!. No exercise or anything rigorous a couple of hours before bed;
6!. Climb into a cool bed - this may sound weird, but giving your system a slight cooling shock helps you warm up for sleeping;
7!. May even consider a warm shower or bath before bed to relax!.
I used to work at an emergency room swing shift and really had to train myself to fall asleep!. If I didn't unwind, I worked all night in my dreams and didn't feel rested!. I also figured out my mattress needed to be replaced, but that was when my back would ache!.
Hope this helps!.
!.!.!. Well, if you've done all of this, I don't know what else!. I've heard chamomile tea helps, but I hate the stuff!. I've had similar problem on and off!. Sometimes I figure it out (once it was a prescription !.!.!. Claritin, I believe) and other times I can't figure it out!. Sorry!. I hope you can figure something out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
