I got mine almost a year ago!. It does hurt but on a scale for 1-10 i would give the piercing pain a 4 no worse then a bee sting, after you get it pierced it does get a little red around the piercing and bleeds a little!. Do not use alcohol to clean it though, just take a q-tip with some water on it clean around it mainly to remove the dried blood, (which is very small, less than when you get your finger pricked at the dr!.) after a few hours you will forget you even had it done!. I do however recommend that you get the ring that is shaped like a L, it curves into your nose and makes it less likely to come out!. Some people don't like it but I have known several of my friends to pull it out with the simplest movement ( the ring that doesn't curve into a L), like taking your shirt off!. Mine cost 30 bucks at a tattoo parlor!. I love mine, its small and cute have had the same ring since i got it, and that price includes the ring!. As far as recommending your sister to get it done there are a few things to consider such as jobs, a lot of places don't let you have them, so make sure its cool before you get it or else you will waste the money, some schools don't allow it either, just consider work and school and if both will be cool with it then go for it!. If you really want it!. Oh and not to be gross or anything, but after a while you will find that you have to take it out to clean the actual ring to get stuff off of it like well its your nose you know whats in there lol!. thats about it, oh and one other thing, the common reason a lot of people say to not get it is because when you get sick it gets in the way of blowing your nose and stuff, it doesn't i have a lot of allergies and it doesn't bother it at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Had one for almost a year and still love it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it is painful, but minor compare to other piercings!.
pain scale 4
cost depends on the place you get it done 30-50$ depending also on the jewelry you pick!.
Just as easy to care for as an ear piercing
Get it if you like it!.!.its up to you!.
Also I have had mine pierced twice!. First time with a gun like they use on ears!.!.and second time with a needle by a professional piercer!. The gun was more painful and took longer to heal!. I took mine out for awhile and had to repierce it and the needle method was alot better and done in 2 seconds!. I also think that small studs on females are soo cute and my suggestion is keep it classy and smaller and it looks better than huge hoops or studs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have my nose pierced i love it im gunna be truthful it was painful actually getting it done but the healing was nothing i have actually had it done twice but it closes very very fast so i dnt recommend taking it out longer than changing the jewelry but over all i recommend it !.!.!.i love mine scale of 1-10 i say about a 6 getting it pierced nothing anyone cant handle!.and for me i think all together with the jewelry it costs about 45 to 50 dollars!. and it is very easy to clean use a q-tip and soap and water !.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
