Why is my heart "fluttering" because of stress, caffeine or both?!

Question: Why is my heart "fluttering" because of stress, caffeine or both!?
My chest area (where my heart is) is really annoying me!. It's fluttering uncontrollably right now and I have to rock back and forth to make myself feel somewhat better!. But It won't go away!. It comes and goes and sometimes it stays for minutes on end!.
I hadn't had much sleep last night so I drank a large Soy latte at uni, then had coke when I had dinner and had black tea after wards!. Was that too much coffee!? Or is it cause I've been really stressed and anxious about a lot of stuff lately!?
Would it be a combination of both!?

And how can I stop this feeling!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say that depending on your stress level, it is both!. Having caffeine in your diet along with you being stressed out is no good!. Try drinking a calming hot tea, and try relaxing and lieing down!. There is a herb that I love that calms me down and makes me relaxed, Its called "Gaba calm" and it tastes like mint!. I recommenced that if this keeps happening to go see your doctor!.
