Question: How do i gain weight!.!.!.!.!?
I was wondering if there is anything i can take to help me gain a few extra pounds!?

please don't tell me to eat fast-food everyday or to get pregnant >!.>

There's some proteins drinks that you can take comes in powder or shakes you mix this with ice cream this proteins have all the vitamins your body needs, go to a health store they will tell you and help you on that, be patient,,, on the powder mix you can take it as a shake with a banana, some ice-cream,and one egg, you can take two a day with your meals until your desire wt but be patient, that's what works for me, hope this will help ( I did all this after consulting with my doctor) and this protein powder are not cheap but are wort itWww@Answer-Health@Com

Lifting light weights repetitively, reducing cardio, eating bananas, avocados, whole grain breads!.!.!.so many ways!. I wish I had your dilemma, mine is the opposite!. If you want you can always supplement your diet with Ensure or Slim fast!. Don't replace your meals with them, but drink them in addition to meals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, a couple of the other people here have it right!. Muscle weighs more than fat so what you'd be putting on is good weight!. To do this you'll need to increase the amount of calories you take in depending on how much you exercise!.

And yes you should consume plenty of protein, especially post work out, that means eggs, chicken, protein shakes, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat more regularly and eat more of a balanced type of foods, this will help build up energy aswel as gaining weight, you might also feel better in yourself after a few days!. don't pig out because when you stop your weight may suddenly decrease again, which could be dangerous!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can pig out and cram things into your mouth, but that results in vomiting!.

Or you could just gain weight gradually by working out and gaining muscle!.
