Well!.!.!.I can run on five, but watch out for the grouchiness, major side effect!.!.!.my parents run high and ready on five, somehow, some way, maybe extra morning coffees, but they do it from time to time sneaking naps and stuff whenever situations get tight and there's trouble of some kind!.!.!.I tend to need around ten, my family has lots of sleep problems like (really, incredibly, break your eardrums kind of loud) snoring, maybe sleep apnea, I have insomnia

The average baby will sleep almost all the time, that excludes those with problems like colic!. Todlers, IDK, thirteen, fourteen hours a day, right on up until around age seven, kids then need around ten hours!.
At thirteen or so, you need at least nine hours!. Adults can run off bout eight or seven hours!. Health problems are associated with sleeping less than six hours a night or more than nine hours a night in adults!. There is no one correct answer!. It varies from person to person and even for the same person depending on different factors including activity, age, etc!.
