Risks/Advantages to sleeping with earplugs?!
Question: Risks/Advantages to sleeping with earplugs!?
Are there any risks that may pose a threat to my hearing by wearing earplugs to sleep!? althernatively, are there any potential benefits to doing so!?

I also wear ear plugs!. I have recently been attempting to wear them less, but I have 2 noisy cats!. I did find this website that you might want to check out!.!.!.

i dont think theres any risks to your hearing or overall ear function!.
i would just be too scared to do it!.
i would be afraid of an alarm or something going off and i wouldnt hear it!.
or if there was a problem and someone was trying to wake me up i wouldnt hear!. i sleep with my door locked so that would make it even worse!.!.
or an emergency phone call!.
maybe im just paranoid!. haha
but if youre a light sleeper and small noises wake you up, i can understand why you would want to try!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
