Answers:
I actually agree, I learnt alot about
it in the past year and all the commercials
people see on T!.V is about making money,
And it actually doesn't make your bones
as strong as people think it does!.
And it contains alot of fat!.
Milk is supposed to be made
for a baby cow, trying
to gain all the fat it can get,
not for humans!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I studied milk for about 7 months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Disagree there are many health benefits to milk!. I'm going to quote Wiki beacuse I can't think of enoufe off the top of my head!.

The composition of milk differs widely between species!. Factors such as the type of protein; the proportion of protein, fat, and sugar; the levels of various vitamins and minerals; and the size of the butterfat globules and the strength of the curd are among those than can vary!.[16] For example:
Human milk contains, on average, 1!.1% protein, 4!.2% fat, 7!.0% lactose (a sugar), and supplies 72 kcal of energy per 100 grams!.
Cow milk contains, on average, 3!.4% protein, 3!.6% fat, and 4!.6% lactose, 0!.7% minerals[17] and supplies 66 kcal of energy per 100 grams!. See also Nutritional value further on!.

Processed milk began containing differing amounts of fat during the 1950s!. A serving (1 cup or 250 ml) of 2%-fat milk contains 285 mg of calcium, which represents 22% to 29% of the daily recommended intake (DRI) of calcium for an adult!. Depending on the age, milk contains 8 grams of protein, and a number of other nutrients (either naturally or through fortification)including:
Biotin
pantothenic acid
Iodine
Potassium
Magnesium
Selenium
Thiamine
Vitamin A
Vitamin B12
Riboflavin
Vitamins D
Vitamin K

The amount of calcium from milk that is absorbed by the human body is disputed!.[22][23] Calcium from dairy products has a greater bioavailability than calcium from certain vegetables, such as spinach, that contain high levels of calcium-chelating agents,[24] but a similar or lesser bioavailability than calcium from low-oxalate vegetables such as kale, broccoli, or other vegetables in the Brassica genus!.[25]Www@Answer-Health@Com

I really disagree, I drink alot of milk (about 2 - 3 glasses a day, 2 bowls of cereal a day with milk and alot of milky tea) and my skin is spot and blackhead free, as is the rest of me!.

ok so that much milk probably isnt a good thing!.

But it doesnt cause digestive problems definately!. There has been a link of Bowel cancer and full fat milk, but the only time milk is bad for you, is when you have far too much and you get constipated (which i can happily say hasnt yet happened)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Disagree!. There are countless other foods and drinks that have 500 times unhealthier and yet no one worries about that!. You think a coke and mcdonalds burger is better than milk!?
milk only causes digestive problems if you are lactose intolerant!. And it might clog skin, but so does every other food besides maybe vegetables!. Trust me, the slight cons of milk are dramatically outweighed by the pros!. I drink about 1 gallon of milk a day (skim milk with every meal) and my skin and digestion is just fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Disagree!. In moderate amounts, it provides necessary calcium in our diets!. I'd rather have a pimple now and again than osteoporosis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
