I've been having such a bad headache for 3 days now?!
Question: I've been having such a bad headache for 3 days now!?
First off I want to let everyone know that I never ever have headaches!. On Monday night I was crying uncontrollably because I received some bad news!. When I would blow my nose it was a combination of mucus and blood(which I thought was odd)!. That night when I went to sleep I can feel my head pounding and woke up the next day with such a bad headache!. It has to be a migraine because every moment/motion makes my head hurt even worse! I haven't went to the doctor in hopes that this will pass but its been 3 whole days and it seems to get worse!. Does anyone know if it could be a result of when I was crying!? I know this may sound stupid but I'm getting a little worried now! Please help anyone!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wouldn't be worried except the fact that blood came out of your nose!.!.!.was it a lot!?
Anyway I have migranes all the time, it's genetic and just be thankful it's not so bad that you puke all night!.
So before you go to the doctor try Excedrin!. I have had migranes my entire life starting when I was 7 and I always just had to lay down in the dark with a cold wash cloth or ice pack and sleep it off, but I actually tried taking 2 excedrin the other day when my migrane was full-blown and it worked very quickly and got rid of my headache!. The problem with yours is that if you were crying really really hard, you are probably dehydrated, and that is one of the things that triggers my own migranes!. Make sure you drink LOTS of water!. It doesn't sound good right now and it might hurt, especially if you drink it too fast but I promise it will help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

pueberty or something to do with your hormones!. When you are extremeley sad, or moody, hormones always kick in!. Definatly go to a doctor and get checked!. I know i hate headaches so much!Www@Answer-Health@Com

ask your doc!. or something, i had a migrane once, and it hurt hella bad! I had to get a shot in my side, because of it!.

Could be yeah, things maybe blocked due to crying etc, and tht puts pressure on ure nerves and stuff, but id go to doctors to be sure and get some real relief for itWww@Answer-Health@Com
