Inhale it like!.!.!. get it into your lungs!. Like you're taking a normal breath, don't just put it in your mouth!. I suppose swallowing works too, but inhaling is the proper way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just suck in!. Like when you breathe!. Practice by sucking in air at a stady rate for 20 seconds!. then blow out for 20!. You dont need to swallow like saliva!. Just inhale like you would air, although its a lot harderWww@Answer-Health@Com
