OUCH!! Can someone please tell me what is wrong with my stomach!!?!

okay so lately if been having these pains in my stomach and it hurts really really bad! I know its NOT a stomach ache or upset stomach or cramps of some sort!. I think i get them after soccer practice but im not sure because after doing lots of movements it hurts!. And sometimes i feel the pain when taking breaths!. i just wanted to know what was causing this and if it was serious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
