I've noticed this human mystery before and I take my mom as an example;I saw black-and-white photos of her when she was in her 20s!.
she was pretty high in size, but as she entered her 40s,she began to reduce in size and didn't look as tall as she used to be in her twenties!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It isn't really a mystery!.!.!.We go through a period of rapid growth, we maintain it for a period of time, we start to age and deteriorate, then towards the end of life we go through a period of rapid deterioration!. That's the life cycle in a nut shell!. We shrink because our bones are weakening and breaking down ever so slowly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Gravity!. You spine is constantly being pulled toward the earth by gravity!. After 40 years it starts to show!.

2!. Weaker bones!. As you grow older your bones weaken and cannot offer the same support they used to!.

EDIT: Same thing with the ears, they are being pulled down by gravity!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

could be osteoporosis!. your bones get weaker as we age so that is what leads to shorter stature in some peopleWww@Answer-Health@Com
