I can't sleep at night. I think it might be getting to be a problem. Help?!


Question: I can't sleep at night!. I think it might be getting to be a problem!. Help!?
For weeks I've had trouble sleeping at night!. No matter what time I get in bed and try to sleep I end up laying there thinking for hours!. I'll end up analyzing everything I saw or experienced that day!. I've recently quit doing drugs so maybe that has something to do with it!.

I work out twice a day and keep myself busy during the day so I should fall right asleep, as I am always always always tired!. Instead, I get in bed and lay there!. It's been like this for several weeks!. Whats up with that!.!.!.!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
