I had a vision and i can't think why...?!

Well my brothers friend is here and i had to go to the bathroom!. (It's nightime right now) and i left the door open!. Then all of the sudden i stop thinking and think about his friend walking by the bathroom!. Well When he did I saw the same face expression in my vision and in real life!. I have no explanation for this i just i don't know it's confusing!. This has never happened before!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
