How to get out of this habit?!

Question: How to get out of this habit!?
I was 175lbs at age 12, now i am 14 and i weigh 95lbs!. I promise i lost weight the "right" way, i'm not anorexic or anything!. Anyway, so to lose weight i made much smaller portions of my food, and i came to realize i didn't need a lot of food to satisfy me!. But here's the thing, now i rarely get hungry, and i start to feel extremely guilty when i even eat 1/3 or a bag of 100 calorie popcorn, because I have trained myself to eat only when i am hungry!. I don't know how to get more of an appetite!. I mean i only eat about 750 calorie a day, and ed up burning off 450 calories at the gym!. Plus i am addicted to working out, it's just so relaxing and it makes me feel so good!. But the problem is i am working out a lot but taking in few calories, and my doctor says i can't lose any more weight!. By the way, i'm a 14 year old girl, 95lbs and 5'1!. So does anyone have any ideas of how to help me!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
try increasing your caloric intake slowly so that you gradually become more comfortable with eating greater amounts of food!. most people need 2000 calories per day to maintain their weigh, and eating less than 1200 calories per day, as you are doing, is actually considered starvation!. for now, strive to eat at least 1200 calories per day!. if you would feel more comfortable eating smaller amounts of higher-calorie foods, you could try just adding a few handfuls of trail mix, or sipping a protein shake or adding a sports nutrition bar in addition to what you regularly have!. also, it may help to plan out your meals and snacks at the beginning of the day so that you know you're getting enough food!. if you still find it difficult to consume enough food, try consulting a nutritionist!.
also, just so that you know, because of the small amounts of food you have been consuming, your stomach may have actually shrunk which means that you feel full quicker!.
as you try to increase the amount of food you eat, you may want to temporarily avoid drinking more water than necessary (it fills you up and will make you less hungry)!. also, make sure you're getting in foods from every food group and you haven't cut out any nutrients (many people tend to cut out fat or carbohydrates when dieting, although your body needs both of these nutrients to survive)!.

Try one day at a time to increase your calorie intake to your goal!. Try apples and cheese, carrots and ranch dressing, peanuts, cashews, and other healthy snacks!. You still very young so you need your calories more than you are aware of!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat regularly when you are hungry, but when you feel full, don't stop!.!.!.take one more big bite!.
