Stomach hunger, to stomach pain?!
Question: Stomach hunger, to stomach pain?
I woke up this morning and had this problem all day yesterday.
My stomach would be growling and my throat felt dry/empty along with my stomach.
So I would make something to eat, take like 3 bites and feel completely full without eating really Anything. Then 30 minutes later it happens all over again, but at that point I usually ignore it because I don't want to over eat. What is going on ?

You're still hungry and thirsty on top of that. I'm not saying over eat, but make sure you eat enough for your body to function well.
