Question: Why is that happening?
for about 1 week I feel really sad. I get easily angry with anyone but don't know why.

How old are you?Hormones will do it,do u take drugs (meds)of any kind,are you male or female?Of course everyone has anger issues esp those of us who were in a dysfunctional family which is the majority,get some self help books get a grip cause jails are full of angry people.
It could be puberty if your at that age and if not you should try getting more sleep.
Sounds like you're depressed.
