perceiving a fast heartbeat is a common side effect, as is shaking when you get paranoid. Losing your vision sounds like a change in blood pressure. I doubt you got weed laced with anything. Sometimes you hear about people accidentally getting weed laced with this or that, but it's unusual because there aren't a lot of drugs that are cheap enough that it's profitable to dishonestly sell laced weed. I know it's kind of an oxymoron, but you need to find a more trustworthy drug dealer.

if you've been smoking for some time you should know the difference between some bomb *** kush and laced weed. You could easily be allergic to marijuana and now symptoms are coming up but i dont think hats the case. ive smoked some bud thats made me loss my vision for about a minute or two then my hearing went out.
