2 Litres of water a day and sudocreme.. will it help?!


Question: 2 Litres of water a day and sudocreme.. will it help?
Okay so.. i get a few spots on my nose, forehead and chin and they REALLY annoys me! Ive tried the toothpaste remedy and that doesn't work, ive tried multiple spot creams and stuff and nothing works!
Someone said drinking 2 litres of water a day works great and dabbing a bit of sudocreme on it before i go bed works? does they really work?

I would have thought that sudocreme was too greasy to treat spots
