Ear Stretching Question?!

Question: Ear Stretching Question?
I stretched my ear two years ago using an acrylic taper( I didn't know at the time that it was the acrylic taper causing the problem) , it got very badly infected and i had to take it out and let it heal back. Yesterday I stretched my ear again to 2mm using an acrylic taper and once again it has become infected, however i have a surgical steel taper at 4mm which I think would solve the infection. Would it be safe for me to stretch from 2mm to 4mm, in such a short space of time?

stop trying to stretch your ear because it'll keep getting infected. i would have a professional do it, plus they know how to keep it from swelling and infections so they can clean it for you

I don't think the material of the stretcher will solve anything, and if it's already damaged you shouldn't carry on.
Perhaps you should start again once its healed with a surgical steel one, but make sure you don't stretch too fast since this is much more likely to cause damage and therefore infection. 2mm is the biggest you want to stretch at a time (ie. 2mm then 4 then 6 etc)
Make sure you keep it clean (your ear and the stretcher) and only stretch it more once it is comfortable.

I'm not sure from your question if you've done this, but make sure your ear is FULLY healed before you start stretching.

Keep cleaning it out with salt water to make sure it heals properly.
Wait about a week or two before stretching again :)

no it would get worse , get one thats in the middle mayb 2.5
