What should I do about this?!

Question: What should I do about this?
My legs are bowed. I've noticed it a couple of years ago, but have never really said anything or thought anything about it because it didn't hurt or anything. Well I'm 16 now and it's gotten worse. My knees get sore every time I walk for a couple of minutes at a time; I walk alot at school and gym is definitely killing me. This is resulting into my ankles hurting, which results in my shins hurting, and them my hip. My right leg is worse than my left, but I don't want it to get worse. What should I do about this? I want it to stop, but don't know what to do. I'm tired of taking advil all the time.

If your school has an athletic trainer, talk to him/her. They will give you expert advice, for free. You don't have to be an in-season athlete to see a school's trainer, or be an athlete at all for that matter. But if you are planning on going to see your school's trainer, I would highly suggest doing so soon. Winter sports are coming to a close (at least where I am) and Spring sports for me are starting on the 21st of February. The beginning of a sports season is the busiest time for trainers.
