She probably is getting a flu bug. Her chest hurts because there is mucus lodged in her bronchial tubes. Once it comes out she will feel better.

What you can do right now is turn on the shower (hot water only) put her in the bathroom on the toilet seat, close the door and let her sit in the steam for about 20 minutes. She may hack up green stuff, but it will help. Even if she doesn't hack up stuff, it should help loosen what's in there.

When your parents get home, turn the problem over to them.
