Quitting smoking help?!


Question: Quitting smoking help?
Okay, as of now. I've decided to quit cold turkey.

But they way im gonna do it, is to cut down. Every hour starting today, I'll have a ciggies, than the next day, I'll wait an hour and a half, then 2 hours etc.

I've only smoked for 3 years, when I turned 13 and went to high school. It's 4 days till my 16th and I don't want to smoke anymore. I don't feel good when I do it, and its not making much sense if im eating healthy but smoking.
Besides I have asthma

Is there certain things I can do, to help with this transition.

Get someone to buy you some of the nicoteen gum for you birthday, it's a big help, and if you fall back to smoking, don't beat yourself up, it's part of the quitting process sometimes, just quit again as soon as you feel it, each time it will get easier to quit. And exercise a little, that will help you feel better, both brain chemically and overall about becoming more healthy.



Stay away from them for awhile, or get electric cigarettes which aren't as harmful.



Chew lots of gum, and think about how it can kill you. Thats what i did. It worked. =D
