Reocurring headache w/dizziness.?!

Ok so I've had this migraine for a week now. I can tell when my headache is about to start because it starts with this throbbing feeling and then I'll start to get extremely nauseous and dizzy. Since this has started it always comes in the same spot, located right behind my eye but further back in my brain. And the feeling I get is really weird. I get this feeling as if something is digging slowly into my head. Yea I know that seems weird that it may feel like that but it dies. And it bothers me. I've been diagnosed with migraine headaches already like 2 yrs ago. but they only give me meds that will last 2 months and that's it. Like my headaches will just go away. And I'm done for life. I'm not exactly sure what doc does for migraine patients like about the meds they need when a migraine does kick in..but anyways..what could be the reason I have this weird feeling in my head b4 I get a headache??
