I keep having heat flashes?!
Question: I keep having heat flashes?
So I'm only 15 and I keep gettin really random heat flashes at the most random times. It's been going on for over a month now and I was wondering if anybody knew what it could be, or what I could do to stop them?

I don't know if you are male or female, but you are far too young for menopause, so cross that out.
It has to have something to do with hormones. How annoying for you!
If I were you, I would make a doctor's appointment - no big rush - and get your hormone levels checked out to see if there is a problem.
