Use a bath cloth with soapy water every day. This is great for males and females. Men tend to be oilier than women and really need to use something other than your hand to soapy up your body with. Females need to make sure they wash their makeup off all the way down to their chest area. Your makeup can be causing stains, etc. You may also want to try a mild toner or astringent after your nightly routine to give you an additional layer of cleanliness.
