No, no, no.
That's stupid, you don't grow a tree.

You grow INTO a tree.

I ate too much oak.

I personally have grown a tree from eating to much wood. I also gained over 500 pounds in one week from it. I urge you to stop eating wood as this is a dangerous pass time. It took me over 20 years to recover from my tree growing incident. Even now I some times sway and make creaking noises when it gets to windy outside. I often worry that if I fall I will take down a telephone pole or an electricity pole and take out amenities to my neighbors house for a day. Don't be like me. Don't eat wood!

My leaves.

Depending on the type of wood it is fine, a little hard to digest but what ever floats your boat. There are a lot of medicines made out of wood/trees/bark, so maybe your body is fighting something and it is naturally trying to get the medicine. You know like willow bark is where aspin comes from and some trees like "Uba" I believe is the name of it has cancer fighting properties.
