No one past puberty is too young for breast cancer.

Our breasts are naturally lumpy and bumpy - are the lumps you feel on your breasts really hard and don't move? If they roll around, it is likely not cancer, but this is something that you don't fool around with. Get your doctor to do a breast examination and INSIST on a mammogram.

As for your breasts feeling sore - that is not an indication of cancer. You just have sensitive breasts (I have that too, I hate being touched there).

When you see your doctor, have him/her show you the proper way to do a self-examination and do it every morning in the shower. You need to get to know your breasts so that you can tell if there really is a lump or not.

Please, please, please take my advice. So many women die of breast cancer when it could be caught early and treated.

Technically no. It usually shows up later in life, but no, there`s no age that`s too young once you`ve gone through puberty. And men can get it too. Make a doctor`s appointment and get looked at. This could be nothing, but it`s best to find out early. If it`s something bad you`ve caught it early and can get treatment before it gets bad. If it`s nothing, then you won`t lie awake in bed at night wondering.
