Constant Nausea... What could it be?!

Question: Constant Nausea... What could it be?
I have a horrible fear of throwing up. If I hear anyone mention throwing up, I start feeling nauseous. When a family member is sick, I'll stay as far away from them as possible and when I'm around them, I hold my breath.
Then there is the problem of constant nausea. It usually happens some time before I go to bed, but recently it started happening during the day. I'll feel nauseous and I'll get hot flashes and my hands will shake a little bit and my breathing will quicken.
It didn't always used to be like this. It started when I was around 10 after throwing up my dinner (along with everyone else in the fam.) I had thrown up once before that, when I was about 5, but I don't remember that time to much.
The time I was 10 and threw up I felt nauseous every single minute of every day, but then I threw up a few months later (for God knows what reason) and I felt fine for about a year. But after that year (I was 11 then) I started getting the nausea problems and was scared I was going to throw up. It's followed me until now (I'm 15 now) and I don't know what to do.
What could it possibly be?

My first question is have you spoken to a doctor about this? I think it might be possible that you are having anxiety induced nausea, or a form of OCD. Perhaps your constant fear of being nauseous actually causes the nausea. The other symptoms you mentioned go hand in hand with anxiety/panic issues. This does not make you a crazy person, or weird. Sometimes our brains/subconscience do sneaky things to us outwardly. If you haven't spoken to a doctor about this, do! If you are having these issues, there are lots of ways to treat them. Another way to see whats going on is to jot down each episode for a week or so. This will give you some insight as to when/where/why and to pinpoint if there is a trigger. Hope you are able to find some relief soon. Best wishes.

What do you mean by throw up? Nausea will occur if travel in bus which is called motion sickness. Some people will get it when they begin to swing upon a coir. It is caused by imbalance of cochlear liquid in the ear. Certain exercises and anti emetics will help you to get rid of this disorder.
