How do i stay awake after an all-nighter?!


Question: How do i stay awake after an all-nighter?
It's 12:57 AM right now, and my dad says he's gonna wake me up at 6:00, soooo... I'm just gonna feel like crap in the morning. What should i do to avoid completely shutting down? And btw i don't drink coffee or energy drinks, and i don't take caffeine pills... Is there anything i should do to keep myself awake at school??? I have many study halls, so i'm gonna be bored...any suggestions as to stay up? Anything would be great, thanks.

Answers:

Eat something with lots of carbs. It gives your body energy that lasts. Something like bread, peanut butter or honey. Personally I like honey in hot tea. It's like double the energy since tea has caffeine and the honey has sugars and carbs.



Splash warm water in your face once in a while and do something to keep your brain going



I can't stand coffee either; I much prefer black tea or diet coke. Those both contain caffeine.
