Does this sound like Anxiety?!

Question: Does this sound like Anxiety?
I keep having random dizzy spells, really focused on things, confusion and 'out of reality' vision (like a weak/Fainting feeling). It only last for about 30 - 45 minutes at a time or until i finally calm myself down. This happens at random times. At home, When i walk in stores, etc. I've had a history with drugs in the past but nothing was wrong then, ive never had any medical problems like Asthma or anything. Last year i started having panic attacks ever since i experimented with those Incense's you could smoke to get high with (Yeah i tripped out that bad). Could Anxiety that's lead on from the incense's be whats causing this? Even though it's been a year since ive did anything?

You should see a doctor to get a real answer. Anxiety and stress can cause all kinds of problems, but I wouldn't assume that was it until you see a doc.

You've said you have had panic attacks and you are describing a panic attack. Are you sure you aren't having a panic attack? Otherwise, sounds like a sleep deficiency or nutritional deficiency. Are you getting enough sleep, or getting proper nutrition? Honestly if it were latent chemical reactions to anything you've done, it would either be for just a few minutes, or for many hours if that were the cause. If I had to guess, I would say either stress, lack of sleep, poor nutrition (including lack of hydration), or some combination of those.

You need to see a doctor. I am not a doctor. This does not sound like anxiety to me. What you are experiencing could cause anxiety, though.

I don't know about these drugs but it does sound like you're having panic attacks that are a part of Anxiety and depression. Some sorts of drugs can do damage to parts of your brain but i don't know if that could be a cause. You may just have anxiety from a previous experience in your life, like a bad relationship, lose of someone or something like a job, or feeling like you're not worthy or like people don't like you. It would be beneficial to you to talk to a doctor about these feeling's and will talk about something you can take to help while also visiting a counselor to work out problems, anxiety and depression effects a huge amount of people so don't feel like you're alone. You may find some forums on the internet that you can talk to other people that have it. Also make sure you're eating well, eat lots of whole grains, fruit, veggies and start eating porridge and yeast extracts like in vegemite.

Someone i'm close to has this and was told to also eat better and it seems to help :)
