I feel like a failure/guilty whenever I eat?!

Question: I feel like a failure/guilty whenever I eat?
First things first, I used to love food. I could eat food all day everyday... but then I gained the 15 pounds that I worked really hard to lose. Now, I just try to avoid food as much as I can. I don't know why, but thinking about eating something just makes me feel gross and disgusting. Even if it's something healthy, I feel sick. I really like feeling hungry...
I don't make myself throw up, and even if I hate eating now, I do manage to eat atleast 1000 calories per day, if not 1000, then a couple hundred, so I'm not anorexic. So I don't have an eating disorder. But what can I do to make myself less... afraid of food?

You just need some love and a ton of compliments... nothings wrong with you...

1250Kcal is legally anorexic because thats the minimum a woman 5 foot 6 100-120 pounds needs to consume to sustain the living tissue.

People are so clueless about anorexia.... People with anorexia do eat food. You are in serious denial of your problem.

It isn't normal or healthy to like feeling hungry, to get disgusted with nourishing your body, or to be afraid of food. Food is fuel for your body, it is normal and required for daily living.

Please seek treatment for your eating disorder before you kill yourself. The longer you put off treatment the more difficult recovery becomes.

The dreaded "E" word: Exercise. It doesn't have to be strenous, breath-taking work, though. You could just add walking to your routine. Take a book to read, or your phone to play on, along with some awesome music, and just walk for a half hour a few times per week. You could even walk in place at home or dance.

The added bonus is exercise raises your endorphins and can make you feel happy, plus you won't have to feel guilty!

Good luck!

Try burning the calories of whatever you eat. Exercise it off, or if you know how many calories are in your meals for the day try exercising before you eat.(you'll be really hungry) hope that helps
