Question: How do i get back on my normal sleeping schedule?
So I'm a freshman in college and for the past couple of months I've been taking night classes. I've never taken night classes before, and for this reason, I've gotten used to sleeping really late (around 2 am) and waking up really late (around 11 a.m.) I'm afraid that I won't be able to adjust when I take normal morning classes next quarter. How can i adjust myself so that I sleep at a normal time and wake up at a normal time before next quarter starts?

weekends are your best options,extra 3 hours than you are use to...une lazy weekend=your normal sleeping schedule,trust me it works...oh and do drink some worm milk

Over a few weeks, go to sleep incrementally earlier.
Exhausting yourself during the day, so you are tired by the time you want to be going to sleep is also an idea.
