Question: So our sink got pretty bad?
i was gone staying at my dads for a week and when i got back out sink was filled with dishes and old food (my brother) and it had mold all over and my mom made me clean it all up. I've heard inhaling mold can make you very ill. since last night, ive had a sore throat, a bad headache and runny nose. Is this the cause of inhaling mold for a period of time?

it could be, but that type of mold is not the kind that is fatal. good thing you weren't gone for a month. live and learn..next time don't leave them out
I doubt it - although depending on what was on the plates you might've gotten a whiff of some nastiness.
