Stopping bacteria from growing in my body?!

Question: Stopping bacteria from growing in my body?
I've got bacteria growing on my feet and hands, needless to say I don't like it. I'm working on keeping both real dry and I started putting anti-fungal cream and spray on my feet where most of my problem is. I don't have the best diet and I only drink about 16 oz of water a day, the rest is cokes and energy drinks. I don't exercise either or take vitamins.

What Im wondering is if I fix my diet, start exercising, take vitamins daily, take out the energy drinks and most of the cokes if not all and up my water intake a lot, would that solve the problem I have of bacteria growing inside of me? What other things can I do here without going to a doc since I don't have any insurance.

Answers:

Get on that healthy diet and eliminate most of those sugars you are taking in. Drink more clear water. You should see a great improvment.

your body needs certain bacterias to function i.e (digesting food).--you are really gonna mess up your body if you get too obsessed over it.

Antibcterial soaps can cause antibiotic to be resistant to killing bacteria

Ask a doctor ! He will tell you exactly what to do to destroy that bacteria, fungs or eczema.
