NO cough, fever, itchy eyes or soar throat.
Nose keeps running and won't stop. Going on for weeks and and congested at times.

Take some antihistamines.
You may have an allergy. There are winter allergies brought on by mold spores. Dry air can also irritate the nose.
Try some antihistamines at night (they make you sleepy, though). Sudafed during the day will dry it up.
